Han Yonggang, general manager of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., has met in Shanghai with Xu Jian, secretary of the CPC (Communist Party of China) Qingpu District Committee, conducting friendly talks.
In his talks with Xu on May 8, Han expressed his thanks for the long-term care and support given to CREC4 by the CPC Qingpu District Committee and the Qingpu district government. Noting that Qingpu has adhered to its overall goal of building a comprehensive hub gateway amid Shanghai’s aim to be an international metropolis with socialist modernization in recent years, Han said the district has bright prospects for future development. Amid Qingpu’s favorable investment environment and unique development advantages, CREC4 is fully confident in ushering in its Smart Innovation Headquarters project in the district. Han stressed that CREC4 will continue to give full play to its comprehensive advantages in the whole industrial chain and introduce relevant construction industries, in a bid to conduct deeper cooperation between the two sides in such spheres as urban village reconstruction and rural revitalization, and make positive contributions in bolstering Qingpu’s drive in realizing its Chinese modernization.
While welcoming Han and his entourage for the visit, Xu briefed the guests on the land acquisition as well as plot planning for CREC4’s Smart Innovation Headquarters project. Xu hoped to see all-round cooperation based on the existing partnership, so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of Qingpu. The CPC Qingpu District Committee and the Qingpu district government will continue to optimize the region’s business environment, do their best to help solve possible problems for enterprises, and spare no effort in supporting the early implementation of their projects in the district.
The meeting was also attended by Geng Jin, CREC4 Business Manager and chief of CREC4 East China Regional Operations Command, Zhang Jun, assistant general-manager of CREC4 and director of CREC4 Investment and Development Department, and leaders from CREC4 Shanghai Operations Center, CREC4 Shanghai Co., Ltd.
