Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), has met in Chongqing Municipality with local business officials, conducting in-depth business exchanges and reaching consensus on deepening bilateral cooperation.

In a meeting on May 9 with Teng Yingming, Party secretary and chairman of Chongqing Expressway Group Co., Ltd, Liu briefed Teng on CREC4’s overall progress in recent years and project development. With a main principal of “all focuses on projects,” the CREC4 staffers are doing their utmost bound in building well their projects and ensure their top quality, he said. Liu hoped that both sides can strengthen practical cooperation at all levels and in multiple spheres, so as to jointly achieve high-quality development.
While welcoming Liu and his entourage for the visit, Teng lauded CREC4’s work on project quality, work safety control, and endeavors striving for the best. Teng hoped that both parties can widen their cooperation spheres and explore new cooperation modes, in a bid to jointly writer new chapters for their respective development. With a total asset of some 215.4 billion yuan ($31.2 billion), Chongqing Expressway Group has some 30 subsidiaries, with a total staff of about 12,000 people.

As a landmark unit of the centrally-administered China Railway Group Limited — a World Top 500 enterprise, Liu said, CREC4 is a large construction enterprise with comprehensive construction capacities. He hoped that both parties can seek win-win cooperation, and usher in common development.
While welcoming Liu and his entourage for the visit, Wu hoped that enhance cooperation and exchange with CREC4 in such fields as urban rail construction, operation services, work safety and corporate culture, so as to gain mutual benefit and achieve win-win progress.
