Han Yonggang, general manager of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd, has presided over a special meeting for CREC4’s Shanghai regional projects, calling on the participants to plan ahead key tasks for next year and enhance their sense of urgency at work.
While presiding over the CREC4 Shanghai Regional Project Special Meeting on December 22, 2023 at the project department of CREC4 Shanghai Branch Co., Ltd for Shanghai Metro Line 21, he called on the CREC4 builders there to pay vital attention to three areas of work. First, it is vital to elevate awareness and unify thinking, focusing on the current severe business situation while enhancing work safety and quality standardization management. Second, it is imperative to maintain the current market share in Shanghai and do a good job in the ongoing projects, in addition to speeding up innovation to lead their development and bolstering the level of intelligent construction. And thirdly, it is a must to clarify their thinking and plan ahead their work, by ensuring the successful achievement of their annual construction goals in Shanghai and designing key tasks for next year for a successful start.
Geng Jin, CREC4 Business Manager and chief of CREC4 East China Regional Operations Command, and other officials from the relevant departments at the CREC4 headquarters, CREC4 East China Regional Operations Command, CREC4 East China Regional Operations Management and Control Group, relevant CREC4 branch companies, also attended the special meeting.
Seven units delivered work reports during the meeting, while Geng Jin also put forward his suggestions to the work for CREC4’s Shanghai regional projects.
