Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), has delivered a speech at a special work meeting of the company company — China Railway Group Limited (CREC), to exchange with others on CREC4’s experiences in learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.
At the special work meeting focusing in implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, which was organized in Beijing by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Committee at CREC, Liu joined other four Party secretaries of CREC subsidiaries, deliberating on each unit’s experience in learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, which was first put forward in early October this year.
Chen Yun, secretary of the CPC Committee at CREC and CREC chairman, delivered a keynote speech at the meeting, which was presided over by Wang Shiqi, deputy secretary of the CPC Committee at CREC, chairman of the CREC Federation of Trade Unions, and executive director of the Board of Directors.
The meeting was aimed at boosting ideological awareness and unifying the willpower of all CREC staffers, in a bid to create a new situation in CREC’s publicity, ideological and cultural work, as well as offer strong ideological guarantee, spiritual strength, and favorable cultural advantages in speeding up the construction of a world-class enterprise.
During the meeting, Zhang Jiqiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee at CRCE and secretary of CPC Commission for Discipline Inspection at CREC, also made a key speech, conveying related instructions and essence of related meetings to the participants.
